Welcome to Jules Yoga Studio, nestled in the heart of our beautiful Oxfordshire village, Great Milton. We offer small group classes that allow for personal attention and a tailored yoga experience. Whether you're new to yoga or have an established practice, our classes are designed to meet you where you are – perhaps you’re looking to build strength, find relaxation or recover from illness.

Our primary offering is Vinyasa Flow—a dynamic, breath-guided yoga practice that connects movement with breath in a seamless flow. For those seeking a gentler pace, our Slow Flow sessions offer a mindful, restorative experience perfect for all levels, focusing on deepening flexibility and relaxation.

Additionally, we offer 1:1 sessions designed specifically for individuals recovering from breast cancer surgery. These sessions are thoughtfully designed to support physical and emotional healing, with personalized attention and gentle modifications to enhance recovery, improve mobility, and restore balance.

We are also part of a broader holistic experience, complimenting our tranquil retreats in Tuscany, with Rosmarino Retreats.

BEGINNERS COURSE

Can't touch your toes? Never done yoga before? Join us for 4 classes to experience the mental and physical benefits of yoga! Join us for a gentle introduction to yoga in our village studio (max 6 people each session). This 4-class series is designed especially for beginners, with a focus on simple postures, breathwork, and relaxation techniques to help you build confidence and ease into a regular practice. No experience or flexibility required—just bring yourself and a willingness to try something new. Our peaceful setting and small group atmosphere make it the perfect place to start your yoga journey.
